American Eagle Food Machinery® meat grinder knives are manufactured to the highest industry standards! To get the best possible grind results, pair a meat grinder knife with one meat grinder plate and use them together as a set. Over time, the meat grinder knife and meat grinder plate will form a wear pattern that will help you most effectively grind meat. All American Eagle Food Machinery® meat grinder knives are manufactured from food grade high polished stainless steel material making them easy to clean which features a raised precision machined finished cutting edge that decreases friction and improves cutting performance. This is a spare knife (includes only 1 quantity) that is only used for the AE-G12N meat grinder kits and AE-G12NH meat grinder attachments. These meat grinder knives are genuine OEM from the manufacturer and are not aftermarket parts. American Eagle Food Machinery® provides a single meat grinder knife already attached to each of it's AE-G12N meat grinder kits and AE-G12NH meat grinder attachments but we found that it may be beneficial to have an extra one or two available once the machine is purchased. If you have an older model or that isn't the current model, it is not compatible with AE-G12SS, AE-G12C, or AE-G12 meat grinders manufactured prior to 2003.
