45 Day Trial Guarantee

Pro Restaurant Equipment and American Eagle Food Machinery partnering together to offer the 45 Day Trial Guarantee on select machines. Try it out for yourself worry-free. If you are not satisfied, no problem, use our EZ-Terms returns process.

Purchase

Choose An Eligible Product

Select American Eagle Trial As The Payment Method

On the Payment page during checkout, choose "American Eagle 45 Day Trial Guarantee"

Pay For The Product Via Wire Transfer, ACH, or Check

In order to be eligible for the 45 Day Trial Guarantee, payment must be completed by Wire Transfer, ACH, or Check. Payments made by Credit Card are NOT eligible. Payment instructions will be emailed to you.

Shipment

A Rep Will Contact You

After a purchase is made, a product representative will contact you to ensure the machine will meet your requirements and perform well for your needs.

Payment Clearance

Once payment has fully cleared, shipment will be arranged. We recommend Wire or ACH Transfer payments, which can take up to 2-4 business days to clear. Check payments may take up to 2 weeks.

Shipment Must Be Made To A Commercial Address

The shipping address must be an active commercial business address. If lift-gate and/or inside delivery is requested, these are an additional $75 and $100 respectively (Total is $175 if both are needed), and non-refundable.

Once the machine is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Installation

Check Email For Instruction Videos

Before your shipment arrives, we will email you links to short video instructions.

Check Shipment For Damage Upon Arrival

Video 1: When the machine is delivered, thoroughly inspect the shipment for damage. (Tip: photos, videos, and other documentation is helpful.) You must note any visible damage on the bill of lading before accepting the shipment.

If the machine and the outer packaging is extensively damaged, please refuse the shipment and do not accept delivery. Contact us immediately so we can help you handle the situation.

If damage is discovered after un-boxing, this is considered concealed damage. If concealed damage is discovered, please give us call within 1 business day of shipment arrival at (800) 914-1991.

Follow Opening And Installation Instructions

Video 2: To ensure the machine is undamaged, and the crate or box is preserved for reuse (if needed), each machine has specific instructions. Please follow closely.

Additional videos regarding installation and operation may be provided.

Save All Packing And Crating Material

Save all packing material until the trial is over. Additional charges will apply if extra packaging materials need to be sent again or wood crating services need to be dispatched for a return shipment.

EZ-TERMS RETURNS

1. If You Are Not Completely Satisfied Email Or Call Us

Your 45 day trial period starts from the day your machine is delivered. If you have concerns at any time, we can help!

After Day 21 and BEFORE Day 45, if you’re unsatisfied, let our friendly support team know!

2. Provide Videos Or Photos Of Your Machine In Use 

Before a EZ-Terms return is processed, provide videos or photos of your machine in operation. We may suggest additional tips or steps to ensure your machine is working correctly. If these additional steps do not resolve your concerns, your EZ-Terms return will be processed. (Approval may take up to 2 business days).

3. Repack Or Re-crate Your Machine

After your EZ-Terms return is approved, your machine must be thoroughly cleaned before packing.

Please carefully pack your machine the same way that you received it. Re-Crate or Re-Pack with all original packing materials, and according to the provided instructions. Ensure all previous labels are removed or illegible. Contact us if you need help with this step!

Additional charges will apply if extra packaging materials need to be sent again or wood crating services need to be dispatched for a return shipment.

4. Contact Us To Arrange Return Shipment

After the machine is repacked or re-crated, send us a short video (or photos) of your machine ready for shipment and await further instructions (up to 2 business days).

We will email you return labels and a bill of lading (BOL is necessary for LTL/Common Carrier shipments). Affix the return label to the package (ensure all previous labels are removed or illegible). If returning an item that ships via LTL/Common Carrier, be sure to secure the return labels to the crate by stapling the labels to the crate.

If you received a bill of lading (BOL), print out two copies and have the truck driver sign both copies when they arrive to pick up the shipment.

If you received UPS, FedEx or USPS return labels, be sure to black out the information on the old label and cover the original shipping label completely. Cover any other un-related labels so that only the return label is showing.

5. Return Your Machine

Once we receive the photos of the shipment and confirmed it is ready, we will arrange and coordinate a pick up with our LTL/Common Carrier and schedule the pick up time window according to your availability. (Usually a 2-4 hour window) When the truck driver comes, have them sign both copies of the BOL, give one copy to the driver, then e-mail the second copy to us.

If your machine is returning via UPS/FedEx/USPS, bring the prepared packages and drop off at your nearest UPS/FedEx/USPS location. Contact us if you need help finding your nearest drop off point.

Your machine must be shipped/picked up within 7 business days after your EZ-Terms return is approved.

6. Refund Issuance

Once we have received and inspected your machine to ensure there are no missing parts or accessories and no damage, the full original purchase amount will be issued via check to the original billing or shipping address. We will confirm the check payee name and mailing address before issuing and mailing the refund. The inspection will take 1-2 business days and the check will typically be mailed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned machine.

Why Are You Offering A Trial?

We believe that you will be so impressed with the quality and value of American Eagle machines that we are offering this opportunity to try the equipment for yourself! We trust that once you try using the machine you will love it and we're backing this up by giving you up to 45 days to see for yourself, offering free shipping both ways, and waiving the restock fees!

Who Is The Trial For?

This Trial Guarantee is best suited for businesses who are unfamiliar with the quality of American Eagle machines, but would like to try the equipment worry-free!

Is It Possible To Try Multiple Machines?

Only 1 Trial Guarantee return per business and/or address. You can try multiple machines at the same time or at different times, but we will only process one Trial Guarantee return per business and/or address. All other returns are subject to the standard return policy.

What If The Machine Is Unused?

If the machine is unused and in it's original packaging or crate, then the machine may be returned within 45 days, but the original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
