The PR67B-D4 is a Steelheart Series Pizza prep table, two section refrigerator with stainless drawers. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 19.29 cubic feet, this front breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features a dual controller system for ideal temperatures in both the rail and cabinet.
The PR67B-D4 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR67B-D4 includes (9) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size pans, 4" deep (can accept 6" deep pans). Equipped with drawer slides constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable delrin rollers. A 67" x 19" x 0.5" thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube.
