Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a Net capacity of 30 cubic feet this front breathing Pizza Refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features an Adjustable ducted rail air distribution system to suit any kitchen.
The PR93A-D6 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR93A-D6 Includes (12) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size, 4" deep (can accept 6" deep pans). The drawer slides are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. A 93" x 19" x 0.5" thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. The unit is ETL Sanitation Listed, ETL Safety (US & C) Listed and includes a Five Years compressor warranty / Three Years parts and labor warranty.
