The PR93A Steelheart Series Pizza Prep Table, Three Section Refrigerator with Stainless Doors. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a Net capacity of 30 cubic feet this front breathing Prep Table Refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features an Adjustable ducted rail air distribution system to suit any kitchen.
The PR93A is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR93A Includes (12) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size, 4" deep (can accept 6" deep pans). Equipped with a Field reversible, spring assisted self closing door with stay open feature (no kit req'd). A 93" x 19" x 0.5" thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. The unit is ETL Sanitation Listed, ETL Safety (US & C) Listed and includes a Five Years compressor warranty / Three Years parts and labor warranty. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube.
