The VSR27A-8 Valiance® Series single section sandwich prep refrigerator with a stainless door is a space saving workhorse. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 6.33 cubic feet, this efficient sandwich prep refrigerator with front airflow design is perfect for hot/tight kitchens. The VSR27A-8s exterior is constructed of stainless steel, which protects the unit from accidental damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean.
The VSR27A-8 also includes (1) epoxy coated wire shelf adjustable in 1/2" increments on anodized aluminum supports, (4) 4" stem casters (2 with brakes) are standard, plus a field reversible, spring assisted self-closing door with stay open feature (no kit req'd). Electrical consumption of 1.89 kWh/day at 2.1 Amps, 9 ft long cord with a 5 - 15P NEMA plug. White polyethylene cutting board and (8) polycarbonate plastic 1/6th size pans are standard. The unit is UL EPH Listed, UL Listed, and includes a 3-4-5 Warranty (three years labor, four years parts, five years compressor).
