Perfect for forming and moulding dough for bread (such as French bread, hot dog bread, dinner roll and etc.), pizza, toast, Chinese bun (including spring onion cake, red turtle, Chinese burger bread and etc.), pretzels, and doughnuts. This moulding machine is capable of providing various kinds of functions to the user such as pressing, rolling, rounding dough in the process of moulding with or without pressure board and the change of exit direction. The functions can be adjusted depending on your preference. The machine is particularly used for soft, sticky dough, as well as dough with a high percentage of sugar and grease, such as sweet bread, toast, butter bread, bun, salad bread, French bread and others. The dough moulder is easy to tear down and clean by using the full-cover moveable lid and scraping plate. Equipped with top mounted rubber bumpers to hold food tray.
