Tortilla Masters is a family-owned business based in Houston, Texas. Tortilla Masters journey began when they identified a gap in the market—Mexican restaurants across the country lacked a reliable solution to make fresh, authentic corn tortillas with a machine that met the highest American manufacturing standards. Determined to fill this need, Tortilla Masters set out to design their own tabletop tortilla machine.
In 2018, Tortilla Masters launched the TM-105® tortilla machine, engineered to meet NSF and ETL certifications. Tortilla Masters commitment to excellence was soon recognized when they were awarded the National Restaurant Association Kitchen Innovations Award in 2019.
Today, Tortilla Masters machines are proudly operated in restaurants, taquerias, and food trucks across the country, from large chain establishments to small, family-run businesses.
