"I love this machine! what took me 1-2 hours before cutting chicken filets now takes me about 10-15 minutes. good investment for my restaurant. I got the 1/4" and sometimes pieces will get stuck on the ends. If I put it in closer to the back and carefully make sure the chicken is going through the blades, the meat doesn't get stuck as easily, spraying some oil on the blades also helps."

American Eagle Food Machinery® AE-BS02 bread slicers are ideal for supermarket bakeries and retail bake shops. They offer excellent performance and value for your money. A variety of thickness specifications allow you to choose the slice size that is perfect for you! They are simple to operate and slice through all types of bread: crusty artisan to soft sandwich. Unlike manual slicing, our bread slicers help maintain the bread's shape. Your customers will appreciate the bigger looking slices as well as the perfect taste it brings. Bread slicing is an added service that sets your store apart from other stores to the customers. An easy-to-use machine which will make training new employees a breeze for operation and professional service. Bread slice thickness cannot be changed by operator and must be designated when ordered. The standard slice thickness will be sliced to 1/2"(13mm). Other sizes available are: 3/8"(10mm), 7/16"(11mm), 5/8"(16mm), 3/4"(19mm), 1.0"(25.4mm).

We can't argue with the price! The AE-BS02 is sleek, compact and fits easily on any bakery or store counter. We tested our most popular size, the 1/2" standard design and happily sliced multiple loaves rapidly. In fact, the machine cuts faster than we can bag the bread! While some of our pampered bakers wanted to change slice thickness, we haven't found it at this price point. The most important piece of information that we want you to know: once you order the slice thickness it cannot be changed. We think the 1/2" is good for independent operators that sell in slices, or 1/2 loaves. It preserves the fluffy texture of bread while having a premium "thicker slice" appeal. Many of the standard breads found on supermarket shelves have a slightly narrower slize of of 1/4" or 3/8".

Caution should be exercised when cleaning the machine. Avoid placing hand in the cutting area and wear gloves. We recommend spraying with a commercial solution and wiping down daily.
