Top chute measures approximately 2.5 inch diameter to accommodate long vegetables such as cucumbers and carrots. Bottom hopper measures approximately 6.5 inch by 5.5 inch to accommodate whole vegetables or block cheese. Housing and disk holder are constructed of durable cast aluminum. Each disk selection is stainless steel. Also includes a plastic food pusher. This is a vegetable cutter attachment that has been verified to work with all American Eagle Food Machinery® 1.5HP motors and planetary mixers. The attachment is designed for use with a standard #12 hub so may be compatible with equipment from other manufacturers.

This kit may ship in 2 boxes which comes with the vegetable cutter attachment(AE-VS12NH) and a powerful, but compact 1.5HP motor(AE-G22NM) that is made of high polish stainless steel making it easy to clean. This motor is also used on the AE-G22N meat grinder. Do not use the motor in reverse mode when using the vegetable cutter!
