Pick one of the two included disks at 5/64" and 5/32" and lock the disk into place on the motor shaft, close the hatch and start slicing vegetables quick and easy.
Mix and Match dicing plates to get the ideal dice you want at 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 20mm. Place the Bottom Dicing plate into the Chamber and lock the Top Dicing Plate onto the shaft.
